If you have ever been on the GREYTALK forum, we are fashioning this to be something similar to that, except this is for GPA/TB group greyhound owners only (due to time and manpower, we just simply cannot expand outside our adoption database at this time.) And now, for the necessary stuff that must always accompany Forum membership: - 1-No foul language. Let's try to keep this forum nice for everyone. It is possible that children may read what is being said, so we would prefer things be kept on a "clean" level.
2-No anti-racing topics will be allowed. GREYHOUND PETS OF AMERICA is a racing neutral organization, and as a part of our compliance with National's Policies and Procedures, such issues will be removed immediately and members warned. You have an absolute right to your personal opinion, but this cannot be the place to bring it forward.
3-Be considerate. Sometimes, typed words do not always come out the way a person intends. Try to keep this in mind before being offended by a comment. If you have an "issue" with something someone has said, PM them before getting bent out of shape on the forum. We don't anticipate this being an issue.
4-After three warnings from a moderator or administrator, a member may be banned without any further explanation and/or communication (again, we are confident that this issue will never arise!)
5-By joining this Forum, you acknowledge that you are in the GPA/TB adopter database, that you abide with GPA/TB's intentions, operations, and policies/procedures. By joining this forum, you also acknowledge that you are in GOOD STANDING with GPA/TB. This agreement also presumes the same regarding National GPA. Acceptance/Denial of membership to this Forum is solely at the discretion of the Forum Administrators and the GPA/TB Board of Directors and Officers.
With all the official jargon out of the way, please come in and enjoy.....post pics of your greys, tell stories about them, discuss behavior, diet, volunteer activities, and play! Ask questions-there will be a wealth of knowledge found just within the GPA/TB group! And, if you find yourself battling a case of the boredoms, you can always head over to chit chat and discuss all sorts of "off-topic" things! Play word association games, exchange recipies, and just "gab".....
