Greyhound Pets of America's (GPA) goal is to place Greyhounds into homes that will benefit both the dog and the pet owner. Our attempts to find the best match are partly based upon your responses to this questionnaire. Please answer the following questions with as much detail as possible. Return this form to your local Greyhound Pets of America representative as soon as possible. We can only adopt dogs to those in the Tampa Bay area. We are not able to ship, or transport dog to other areas. Please contact another organization in your area by calling Greyhound Pets of America National at 1-800-366-1472.
